Erik, a licensed California Real Estate Broker was named manager of the commercial division at Sherman and Boone in 2007.  Along with his brokerage duties, Erik worked with Martin Boone to form the development team that took a fig orchard and turned it into a first class 177,000 square foot Save Mart/Walgreen’s anchored regional shopping center along Highway 99.  The team also developed an additional 100 acres surrounding the shopping center.   They are currently at work developing and marketing properties throughout the state of California many of which are lender owned assets.  On average they typically have more than $100,000,000.00 in available property for sale. 

Erik was born and raised in Santa Cruz. He graduated from the University of the Pacific (Stockton, Ca) with a B.S. degree in Business Administration with specializations in Finance and Real Estate. While at Pacific, Erik was a member of the intercollegiate baseball team earning awards from the Pacific Athletic Honor Society. A fourth generation “Santa Cruzan”, Erik graduated from Harbor High School.   He and his wife Shayna reside in Capitola.
